This course has been created as a part of an Erasmus+ KA2 project “Digitalisation and innovation of Youth work methodology for inclusion of immigrants”, funded by the JUGEND für Europa, the German National Agency for the Erasmus+ Youth programme. The project aims at further empowering our youth workers in innovative usage of digitalisation, online youth work and gamification methodology in regular work with youngsters (incl. immigrants) in our communities, in order to increase the attractiveness of the youth work activities and make them up to date for better impact on inclusion and engagement of both mainstream and marginalised, immigrant youngsters.

This e-learning course is designed for youth workers/trainers working with educational programmes on the inclusion of immigrants and is based on a handbook. It allows for easy and quality multiplication of knowledge and practices described and for future education and empowerment of youth workers interested in using gamification methodology in their youth work for inclusion of immigrants. On this platform, you can find the same course in English, Croatian, German, Swedish and Serbian. 

What will you learn

This course is designed in a way that is very practical and informative, thus serving as a theoretical and conceptual resource for youth workers and other educators involved in inclusion of immigrants and interested in the upgrading their knowledge by implementing gamification. It is covering topics such as Immigrants in Eu and different youth work programmes, improving sift skills by gaming, basic concepts, values and approach of gamification, theoretical concept etc.
