This online course is developed as a preparatory tool for participants of the project “Strategic planning step-by-step”, to prepare them for the upcoming face-to-face educational training course in Zadar, Croatia; 01.04. – 10.02.2022.
The aim of project “Strategic planning step-by-step” is to empower our members and youth workers, raising their knowledge and skills level in the field of Strategic planning; to produce during this project 5 Strategic planning documents, one for each of the partner organisation; to strengthen the partnership between our organisations and produce new projects on a European level so we can continue to support each other, educate our youth workers and grow together.
What will you learn
In the first module of this course we will get you prepared for our face-to-face training course in Zadar. Through texts, interactive elements, videos and a short quiz you will get familiar with the topic of strategic planning, and one of the really useful tools in strategic planning – SWOT analysis.
As a preparation you also need to think about what you want to learn and how will you use the gained knowledge and skills from our project. You will do this through the lesson “Create your personal learning plan” which explains what is personal learning plan and gives you fillable personal learning plan which you need to fill-out and bring with you to the face-to-face training.
