This course has been created as a part of a Erasmus+ KA2 project “Social entrepreneurship for a sustainable future with less conflict”, funded by the Nederlands Jeugdinstituut, the Netherlands National Agency for the Erasmus+ Youth programme. The project aims to change the situation described above by equipping youth organisations and youth workers with tools and approaches they can use to support entrepreneurship of young women in a way that is socially and culturally appropriate. The project gathers organisations that already have experiences of supporting young women to be socially and economically active and allows them to develop new ways of dealing with the challenges they have identified. When implemented, it will result in a strengthened support system for NEET / young girls, particularly from rural, more traditional and disadvantaged communities.
