The online course “Sustainable Project Management” explores the principles, frameworks, and practices of sustainable project management, focusing on how to balance project success with environmental, social, and economic sustainability. Learners will gain practical skills in integrating sustainability strategies into project design, implementation, and evaluation.

Module 4 – Implementation and Stakeholder Collaboration
