The online course “Leadership and Teamwork in Digital Projects” focuses on the Understanding leadership and teamwork in youth NGOs.
Dive into a 5-module immersive learning journey on Online and e-learning in youth work:
Module 1 – The Role of the Digital Youth Project Leader
Understanding leadership roles and responsibilities in digital youth projects and exploring facilitative leadership approaches that support collaboration and participation.
Module 2 – Communication in Digital Teams
Developing effective communication strategies for remote and multicultural teams involved in digital youth projects.
Module 3 – Collaboration and Motivation Online
Strengthening collaboration, motivation and engagement in digital project teams.
Module 4 – Stakeholder and Expectation Management
Understanding how to identify and manage stakeholders while maintaining transparency and accountability in digital youth projects.
Module 5 – Reflection, Inclusion and Ethical Leadership
Exploring ethical leadership practices, inclusion in digital environments and responsible digital behaviour.
