What is this course about?

The online course “Problem Solving and Digital Tools in Digital Projects” focuses on the Understanding leadership and teamwork in youth NGOs. 

Dive into a 6-module immersive learning journey on problem solving, digital tools and innovation in youth work:
 
 

Module 1 – Understanding Problems in Digital Projects

Exploring the nature of problems in digital environments, developing a problem-solving mindset and learning how to identify root causes, analyse challenges and create effective solutions.

 

Module 2 – Structured Problem Solving and Digital Tools

Understanding problem solving as a structured process and exploring how digital tools can support communication, collaboration, learning and decision-making.
 

Module 3 – Choosing Digital Tools and Building Efficient Workflows

Learning how to select digital tools strategically, prevent tool overload and create simple, sustainable and human-centred digital workflows.
 

Module 4 – Creativity and Innovation in Digital Projects

Developing creative thinking and innovation skills, exploring co-creation, design thinking and methods for generating and testing new ideas in digital youth projects.

 

Module 5 – Applying Innovation in Practice

Using innovation and problem-solving approaches to address real project challenges related to participation, communication, inclusion and engagement in digital youth work.

 

Module 6 – Digital Decision-Making and Organisational Culture

Exploring ethical and strategic digital decision-making while building collaborative, resilient and learning-oriented organisational cultures that support continuous improvement.
